Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly respect every customer's opinion and taste preference.

If you feel that the product quality is not up to the mark or seems unusual, you may return the parcel to our Lahore return collection center.

Upon receiving the product, we will send it for laboratory testing to ensure its quality and safety standards. If any issue is found from our side, we will gladly replace the product.

However, please note that opened food items cannot be refunded or replaced solely due to personal taste preferences.
